🍊Rice • Gâteau au Orangette Pound Cake 🍊
Barbara debuted this cake 6 years ago and though one of the seemingly simple pound cakes, it is still popular and most loved amongst our customers. With the incorporation of Japanese rice flour, a variant of orange rice pound cake with Cointreau orange jiu and candied orange peel makes the taste richer in every bite. Another way of eating the cake is by cutting it into slices and bake it until the outer layer is slightly burnt. The texture is moist & soften inside and the crispiness outside is beyond expectation!
